Because we are a small pharmacy with little to no staff turnover, we will know you, the patient, and your individual pharmaceutical needs; and we have strategic policies in place to ensure that this will always be the case.  We have set patient limits for our staff and will assign you with your own pharmacy coordinator and pharmacist, so you will always know the person you are talking to and they will know you.  If we grow beyond those limits, new pharmacists and pharmacy coordinators will be added to our staff so we can continue providing the same excellent and individualized quality of care to you and our new patients.  We promise to not be a pharmacy where you talk to someone different each and every time you call or come in to see us.​

You can also refill your medications through our website or our mobile app; we want to make refilling and taking your medications as easy on you as possible.

 

Because immunosuppressant therapy is so important in the life of transplant patients, we offer smartphone notification reminders, as a tool to remind you to take your medications every day.  This notification, in our mobile app, will also include an image of the actual tablet or capsule you are supposed to be taking to ensure the correct medication is taken at the correct time.  This takes all of the stress out of trying to remember which medication to take at what time.

 

We can be reached by telephone (both during business and non-business hours, as we give our personal cell phone numbers out to every patient), through our website (www.TheTransplantPharmacy.com), and through our mobile app (The Transplant Pharmacy App-available for apple and android devices).
